Mediator

Sam P. Daniel is senior partner in the Tulsa, Oklahoma, law firm of Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson. He has been a partner with that firm since 1965.

Sam has practiced law since 1959, with emphasis through the first 20 years of his career on banking and corporate law, real estate, business and commercial transactions, administrative law, and oil and gas. In subsequent years he has been primarily engaged in business litigation, with emphasis on partnership dissolutions and contract disputes, as well as family law with an emphasis on the tax, asset valuation, and financial aspects of divorce dissolution.
