Tony Graham joined the law firm of Boyd & Parks in 1977 as an associate. The following year he was appointed to a special judgeship, and he became a district judge in Tulsa County in 1982, presiding over a civil docket. In 1987, he resigned his judgeship in order to accept a presidential appointment as United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma.

In 1993, Graham joined the law firm of Feldman, Franden, Woodard and Farris as a partner. In 2002, he resigned his position as managing partner to form his own firm. He now practices at Graham & Freeman, PLLC.
