Earl Mills’ experience as a trial attorney spans more than three decades, from 1963 to 1999. He was a partner at the law firm of Foliart, Mills & Niemeyer for 21 years before becoming a partner at Mills and Whitten. Since 1999, he has been a partner at The Mills Law Firm.
Mills began his career as a mediator in June 2004 with DRC.
