David W. Kisner graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 1967 and
has been engaged in the general practice of law in Oklahoma City since 1968. He is currently a member of the Oklahoma State Bar, Oklahoma County Bar, Past Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, and formerly served a three-year term as Director of the Oklahoma County Bar Association. David is a Hearing Examiner/Prosecutor for the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, having served in said capacity since 1974. He also served as the 2002 President of the Oklahoma Chapter of AAM.
David has, since 1990, conducted over 2,000 mediations involving personal injury and death, real estate, contract disputes, product liability, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, debtor-creditor issues, assault and battery, bad faith claims, probate/heirship disputes, medical malpractice and administrative law. He has a settlement rate of approximately 80%. David resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife.
