Hilary S. Allen entered the practice of law in 1996. She practices in the areas of Employment, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Insurance, Products Liability, Contracts, Oil and Gas, Bad Faith, and Medical Malpractice. Among others, Ms. Allen has been admitted to practice in Oklahoma, the U. S. District Court, Western, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the U. S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
Ms. Allen is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and William F. Holloway, Jr., American Inn of Court, and a past member of the Luther L. Bohanon America Inn of Court (Master). She earned her law degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma. She has served on the Board of Villa Teresa Schools’ Advisory Council and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Heritage Hall, the Board of the Caped Kidsader Foundation and the Board of Oklahoma City KLIFE.
She is a frequent speaker at various NBI Seminars on Employment, Damages, Insurance Law, Bad Faith, and Litigation and has taught numerous insurance and trial techniques seminars to other attorneys and adjusters. Ms. Allen has also been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine.
