Jim Gibbs is the owner and President of Dispute Resolution Services, Inc., DRC offers alternative dispute resolution in the form of mediations, arbitrations, and discovery master services. Prior to running DRC, Jim worked in private practice litigating and mediating. Jim has tried over 75 cases to verdict in Oklahoma. He was an active trial lawyer for over 27 years, trying cases in both state and federal courts. Jim is a frequent speaker for the ADR section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. Jim has mediated cases involving automobile negligence, personal injury, contract disputes, professional negligence, nursing home negligence, civil right claims, bad faith insurance, consumer claims, employment disputes, property disputes, product liability, condemnation, and business disputes.
