Bill Fiasco spent almost 38 years in the active practice of litigation and trial work, all at one firm. He has tried 50 cases to verdict, representing health care providers, corporations and other individuals. His trial work includes medical negligence, auto liability, premises liability and insurance bad faith. He tried cases in state and federal courthouses across the state.  Bill is a Fellow in the American College of Trial lawyers, an association of preeminent trial lawyers, limited to the top 1% of attorneys in any state, and was formerly a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, another invitation-only association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. Bill is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been selected as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer every year since its inception in 2006.  He has spoken and published to medical professionals and other lawyers.
