Kenyatta Bethea
Kenyatta R. Bethea entered the practice of law in 2000. He practices in the areas of Ecclesiastical law, Employment, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Insurance, Products Liability, Contracts, Oil and Gas, Bad Faith, Commercial litigation and Medical Malpractice. Among others, Mr. Bethea has been admitted to practice in Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court, Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Bethea is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and Oklahoma City Association of Black Lawyers. He earned his law degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma. He currently serves in leadership positions at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and the OAJ Board of Advisors. He formerly has held leadership positions on the OAJ Board of Advisors; Board of Directors for the Oklahoma County Bar Association; various volunteer positions at his church; Sunday School teacher; coaching his children’s athletics.
He is a frequent speaker at various NBI Seminars on Damages, Insurance Law, Bad Faith, and Litigation. Mr. Bethea has also been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine.
