Prior to becoming a Mediator, Pete was an active trial lawyer.  He began his legal career representing doctors, insurance companies and hospital corporations.  He then spent 20 years representing plaintiffs in injury and medical malpractice cases.  He has tried over 70 cases to verdict.  He is board certified in medical/professional malpractice law and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Pete has mediated cases involving professional negligence, personal injury, auto negligence, nursing home negligence and construction site accidents.
