Charles C. Weddle III

Charles C. Weddle III has been a partner in the firm of White & Weddle P.C. since 2005 which focuses its plaintiffs’ litigation practice in both individual and multi-district tort cases. Mr. Weddle has vast experience in pre-trial preparation of tort cases including hundreds of depositions of both lay and expert witness and a rigorous motion/briefing practice. He has prepared and tried numerous jury trials involving claims for products liability, negligence, bad faith, and fraud to verdict in federal and state courts on behalf of plaintiffs. Many of these cases resulted in an award for punitive damages. His experience also includes class action and multi-district litigation and has handled appeals resulting in published decisions by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. Mr. Weddle has also defended and tried several felony criminal cases to verdict.
Mr. Weddle was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2000 and is also admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U.S. District Courts, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma (B.A. 1997) and Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D. 2000). He is an active member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (currently serving as the local chapter Treasurer), Oklahoma County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice.
