Larry has served as an Adjunct Settlement Judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma since 1994.  In that capacity and as a private mediator, Larry has mediated over seventy cases.  From time to time during that period, according to Magistrate Sam Joyner, Larry has maintained the highest percentage of cases resolved.

Larry has also arbitrated construction and other complex disputes resolved through the Better Business Bureau of Tulsa.
